• Dr. Idiculla had his graduate and post graduate training at B.J.Medical college Poona.
• After obtaining M.S. [E.N.T.] in 1980 he had one year special training in microsurgery of the ear under professor M.J.Tepan in Poona.
• Since then have worked in three major hospitals in Kerala.
